What you may do with these pictures.

Yes

• Use any picture on your SOMM DIGI LINK page, as often as you like, on any account.
• Use them on your own website, your social posts, your menu, your newsletter, a poster in the tasting room.
• Use them for a business — a winery, a wine bar, a shop, an importer, a sommelier.
• Keep using them if you stop paying us. What you have published stays published.

No

• Do not sell them on, on their own, as pictures — no stock sites, no print-on-demand, no NFT.
• Do not claim you made them.
• Do not use them to say something untrue: they are not photographs of your estate, your vineyard or your wine.

The mark

Before a plan, the pictures carry a small SOMM DIGI mark, on the page and on anything you download. A six-month or annual plan, or the picture plan, removes it everywhere, and every picture downloads clean.

While you try SOMM DIGI LINK — your account’s first seven days, and your page’s first week once it is live — every picture downloads clean too, once your email is confirmed.

Where they come from

They are made for SOMM DIGI rather than licensed from a stock library, and then chosen, corrected, named and filed by hand, one at a time. Some are photographic, some are illustration and poster work. None of them is a picture of a real estate, a real cellar or a real label, which is why using one cannot put your name on somebody else’s place.

The library is added to every month. If there is something you keep looking for and never find, tell us and we will make it.
