The service

SOMM DIGI LINK provides tools for creating and publishing a wine-focused link page. You may design a draft without paying. Publishing starts the trial shown in the application, after which an active subscription is required to keep the page live.

Your account and content

• Provide accurate account details and keep your login secure.
• Only publish content, links, trademarks and images you own or have permission to use.
• Keep prices, dates, opening hours and other visitor information accurate.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing material.

Subscriptions and tax

Subscriptions renew for the selected six-month or annual term until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout from the billing information you provide. Stripe processes payment and stores your payment method.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal. Your page remains covered until the end of the paid term. Payments are generally non-refundable once a term begins, except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable. Contact hello@sommdigi.com within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Trials and paused pages

A trial starts the first time a page is published and does not restart after unpublishing. When a trial or paid term ends, the page may be paused until coverage is restored. You can still sign in and edit your draft.

Availability and changes

We work to keep pages available and preserve saved content, but maintenance, provider outages and internet failures can interrupt the service. We may improve or change features and will avoid materially reducing a paid service during its current term.

Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for your page content and the destinations you link to. To the extent allowed by law, SOMM DIGI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it during the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending access and contact

We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms or threaten the service. You may stop using the product, cancel renewal and request account deletion at any time. Questions and formal notices may be sent to hello@sommdigi.com.
